We had a wonderful experience with the hired security provided by Eagles Point Security Services for our recent grand reopening party at our new Cardiff-by-the-sea location. Not only were they able to appoint us a security guard on VERY short notice, but Ali, the guard who assisted during the event, was excellent. Very professional, very aware of the environment (dealing with high value, fine jewelry items), and was quick to sync up with our team as needed throughout the duration of the event. I’m an multiple company's manager in San Diego area and north area. We had a lot of homeless issues and some break ins. We were shopping for security services as we needed a stand guard, we contacted many companies for a quote. ASAP was a very responsive in a timely manner and their quote affordable comparing to the others. So we hired them for all our 11 properties in San Diego and north. Their daily activity report was outstanding and very detailed they were doing a professional work and now we have no homeless problems. We were having issues with transients trespassing and setting up camp around our apartment complex in the College Area. After interviewing several security providers we hired Eagles Point and have been very pleased with the results. The sign up process was easy and they answered all of my questions. I get a daily activity report with photos as well as special alerts when issues arise. In addition to evacuating transients, they have also identified a couple of maintenance issues with the building. If you're a property manager or landlord, Eagles Point makes your job easy and helps protects your assets.
