Scummy company run some arab person who likes to hire his family friends whodefinitely one of the worst companies i ever dealt with, they never work they always smoking cigarettes literally caught the guy sleeping on his car and the answer was that the owner was his cousin. Most reviews are from Arabic users who I am assuming are friends and family with the owner, like all the guards who have been sent here claim that when caught sleeping.
American Global Security is useless when people need help. Last night when an insane man threatened me with full mouths of dirty words and threatened to attack me and kill me because I told him to turn off the music in front of the club house where he parked his car there and play loud music. This is a very tight neighborhood where buildings are close to each other, and I can hear the noise sitting at my home. The common area is not the place to play music and make noise. That is the rule set by HOA. I called American Global Security office at 8 pm, asked them to send a security guy here to talk to the insane guy. The man talking with me on phone said, the security guy will come as soon as possible, but he didn’t. I called them 6 times, finally the security guy showed up at 9:20 pm, just one minute after the insane guy drove away the car. The normal time should be 10 minutes for the security guy to show up. I guess the security guy already in my neighborhood. He just didn’t want to confront the conflict and maintain the rule, defend the people who was threatened. So what is the point to hire the security patrol when they don’t want to show up for the people who need help?My HOA just changed security patrols to American global security Inc. a few months ago. Actually the old security company, Golden West Security, is very responsible and professional. During years I called them couple times, they always send security guy here immediately. I don’t know why HOA changed it.
