Had a bit of miscommunication getting a tech out to repair a camera cable, but once he arrived everything was A+. Chris was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and went beyond what we expected. If all service companies had gentlemen like Chris the world would be a great place. Thanks for your time and sweat, man. I know it was hot in that crawl space!

Tina and Joseph were both great!!! I told them I wasn't going to be at my rental when they arrived. I asked for a call in advance when they were on their way, so we can meet there. They had no issue with me not showing up until they were done with the installation. This is my second home with Alert 360. They are awesome! Definitely recommend them!!!
The technician I believe here name was Tina she is awesome. Great personality and gets the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. She has repaired my equipment several times at my establishment. I'm always happy to see it's her assigned to my place. Thank you, Chris from the Yuba city 21 club
Tech Minh was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated the call prior to arrival time and his professionalism. The amount of time from when I called the company to the appointment time was reasonable (a couple of days) & that representative was great too! Overall a great company & service! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alarm company!😊
Great service today. Tina was awesome. On time and diligent with mask wearing and so great my dogs who were very concerned with her being here. Took the time to set up my camera on my phone which wasn’t done for some reason. Highly recommended
Tina was great. She was respectful of me and my home. Wore her mask the whole time, sanitized her hands and maintained social distance. Plus, she remedied the issue with my alarm. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. And maybe the best part was that she was a woman tech..kind of a rarity.. Can’t praise her enough.
