I spent like two weeks at Dilligent, to be honest I started experiencing professionalism and kindness standard of kindness from day one with recruitment team member Ariel, she was so nice and cooperative, I felt very welcomed by her then after I met Dwayne Edward, he is very professional and smart , the whole training was superb, it was very short period time been there but I learned a lot from this Security company since it has got unique values compared to others I have been working with before. I left for my own career growth reason.Thank you so much guys wish you all the best in future. Ariel and Dwayne you are so Appreciated and it was a blessing meeting you guys.
Great company and growing … I have dealt with a lot of security companies but this one is pretty legit. You can also I count on dispatch to help u or get you in contact with someone who can. Dewayne , operation directors is very professional yet still down to earth. He has made my experience with the company beyond great. Thank you diligence and all staff for being such a great team.
One of the worst companies I had to experience of working with this company has no real HR department no real dispatch the managers there are very disrespectful. They don't have any sites that you will regularly work at Diligence will have you switch sites everyday on top of them struggling to provide a 40 hour work week. I have had guns pulled out on me by my own coworkers this company will hire you but just know you will be working with Psychopaths. The owner of the company Joy is super arrogant and bossy and does nothing to fix any situation that you're in she just complains about it. By all means work for this company but if you reading this just know I told you so
Worked at Dilligence Security Group for over 3 years as an Armed patrol officer. I enjoyed my time with this company and would recommend to anyone seeking Armed/Unarmed positions. The contracts are very straight forward and job duties are simply explained through paid training.The supervisors, such as Don Nevis and James Blue execute hold themselves to a high level of professionalism and solve all post issues and have always offered help when needed on all post. The top brass Leadership and owner Joy Baucom and Lead operations manager Dwayne Edwards have always solved issues with great professionalism as well as making sure The officers needs and provided resources are precise. I have never had any discrepancies with pay/schedule and was very content working my position.I would recommend anyone seeking a position with this company apply as well as any business or department seeking Solid security services sign with Dilligence as it is a well managed and refutable security service with expanding operations.

The convenience of having your shifts, reports, and tasks to complete at your fingertips (on your phone) as well as having management that reflect absolute professionalism, compassion, and respect is wonderful. I will always recommend others to work here! Diligence security group is one of the best jobs I ever had the supervisor’s are awesome they are attentive understanding and they know all of there employees names I love it you travel to different places that I’ve never been to concerts and yes they have transportation also The team I joined is awesome we support each other and I never had that at a company if you want to make money and have fun doing it come to diligence security group and join our team no matter where you at we all a team
