This company is very reliable and responsible. We uses their service to patrol two sites of our organization. Thumbs up.
Due to the way how they handled their service, I felt harassed during those times that they sent someone to check for “noise complaints” years ago. It was all caught in our camera and I still have the video footages of them coming in several times.One of their personnel came at around 1 am because of a “party” going on and decided to still ring the doorbell without any consideration of having to disturb someone on their sleep even when the situation can be assessed as false alarm just by checking how silent and quiet the environment is.They kept sending their personnel, and at least the last one had more sense to him to just take a picture at our apartment and left without ringing the doorbell. Again, it was all caught on camera so we know how many times they came back. Someone was obviously calling them to check on us with false “party” noise complaints and it felt like harassment.They eventually stopped coming when we called our management. I don’t know who was the person behind the call or for trying to send this company to harassed us, but obviously, the company seemed to not care as long as they are getting paid and tipped by false reports as they kept sending their personnel until we contacted our management back then. I just wish and hope for more accountability. Don’t just check on people who were reported for “noise complaints” and kept sending your personnel even if you kept getting the same result and found no noise or party. Please also check for those who report false reports to use it to harass someone and make them be held liable or accountable . It’s unfair for people who are trying to live a peaceful life and yet be bothered and harassed by false noise complaints.

Armando was very thorough and timely when scheduling security for a recent private event. His use of DocuSign allowed for efficiency with the communication of all required agreements and documents.
Security has been great. They take the time to completely remove the trespassers, not just give them quick warnings, then leave before the trespassers have left.
They do an awesome job of patrolling our building with very detailed pictures of all roll ups and entry doors.

Almost been murdered on a freeway by unit 227 which would’ve hit me if I wouldn’t swerve in the lane. Followed him and saw a complete disregard to public safety and any laws whatsoever after he almost hit 3 other vehicles and was continuing recklessly moving throughout the city without using turn signals, speed limits and trying to stop in the middle not to talk to me or allow me to see company phone. Called the office and informed that situation is taking place. No way this is a private patrol, this dude needs 2 orderlies for himself. Not mad, I just seriously do not understand why my life was such jeopardy for no reason having some security guy cutting off and flying by half an inch away from me. Didn’t have time and willingness to call authorities but DUI would be the least of possibilities.
Pleasant to work with if you have any issues just call the main office and they will Dispatch a supervisor and take care of the issue
I contacted VP Security for one of my HOAs that requires work on the 4th of July. Armando was quick, responsive (picked up while he was at the gym!) and got me everything with a day.To top that off my Board President sent a raving email about their Security Techs they had on site, how they came full prepared and ready to work and did an awesome job the entire night. AND the Board President wanted them already contracted for next year as well.Hearing that as well as my dealings with VPSS I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.-Jeff

Spoke to Owner of VP Security and he was very receptive to our security issues. He provided suggestions to better warn intruders or strangers to our complex. He provided new signage to gates and the action took place within 48 hrs of completion. I also recommended his patrol officers to walk to other areas of our complex perimeter to better add security (North and East side of building; all entry gates (many); and our pool area at nighttime. Hopefully, we will receive reports that this will be done soon. Thank you VP!

We use VP Security for one of our yards at the company I work for and I had the pleasure to meet one of the officers one early morning. I arrived before our gates were opened, so I unlocked our gate and as soon as I got into the truck I immediately saw headlights. VP Security has been providing services to our properties for almost 10 years. They are extremely accessible and responsive. The owner will personally return calls and give follow ups. They notice anything that looks even the slightest bit out of place and inform me immediately with photos and written reports. If ever I receive an alarm notification, and am unable to physically get to the property, I can always count on VP to go check things out as a first pass. They are very thorough and I also appreciate that the guards are all very professional - in both appearance and conduct. Having VP gives me peace of mind that the property is well protected. VP Security Reliable Leadership- I am a Property Manager, and I recently switched to VP Security from another vendor, and wow! What a difference! I often communicate with the leadership to discuss my property’s needs, in addition to the regular reports I receive daily for the services rendered. The guards are also very polite, professional and look the part as well. Their uniforms are sharp, and command respect, and their guards are thorough and knowledgeable. Overall I would highly recommend VP Security as a satisfied client. They have a culture that is inclusive to all of their staff, so they all go above and beyond for their clients.
