They took the main picture from Steve Skinner Photography. Then there is a photo of a security guard pointing to a computer and it says "reporting" , that photo was stolen from Mainline Private Security but TS4 used AI to put their badge on the arm sleeve.Also, many fake reviews... It's the accounts with only one review, these people didn't even put in the time to make the account look legit and write another review for someone else, but what did you expect from a Temu "security" company who isn't original and not to be taken seriously.Also, they're very Unreliable. .. Cancelled last minute and didn't notify the clients.
I've been a resident at Park Merced apartments for ten years, and the recent switch to TS4 as our security company has been the worst change we've seen. The guards are driving DoorDash scooters instead of proper patrol cars like before, which doesn't inspire confidence in their ability to respond effectively. They're wearing casual windbreakers over DoorDash t-shirts with no official uniforms, making it hard to even identify them as security personnel.I tried speaking with three different guards about these issues, but none of them spoke English fluently. When I asked why they were using scooters, one replied, 'We do delivery for DoorDash.' I also inquired about their tenure with the company and security experience—one said they don't speak English, while another admitted he'd only been hired two weeks ago. This lack of qualified, dedicated staff is unacceptable for protecting a large community like ours. Overall, TS4 seems terribly mismanaged and ineffective."
Edit: so many fake reviews... It's the accounts with only one review, these people are so lazy. The day don't even make an attempt to write a second review to another business.Unreliable. .. Cancels last minute and doesn't notify the clients. And this a security company?
Hello to all Californians, TS4 Security Company is a company that provides high security. You can contact this company for the security of your personal property and I would like to inform you that this company has skilled and experienced security personnel.
Very bad and unprofessional. There has been a major theft under their watch in our building. Most of the other reviews seem fake. So take them with a grain of salt.
We trust TS4 Security service with our business, TS4 is not just a just a modest security professional, also understand the real commitment to take care of surrounding area. We have TS4 security guards from the beginning and we never felt so safe before. Security officers always focused on their job, knows what to do and always professionally uniformed.Highly recommended!!!

We have had multiple Security Guard service in our company but non of them provide the service that those guys provide; They have such a qualified and skilled guards and on the top of this they provide special training based on the sites; which is very helpful for us as a management team.They absolutely do know how to handle minor and major problems in the sites. They are just a passionate group of people who know exactly what they are doing. For Front desk; Customer communication, They are go to Security company. Great Job! Keep us the good work!!!
