Sonitrol is the best, great communication, their response time is emasculate, i have them on all my properties 5-total and now getting a proposal for my access control system at 2 Venture Plaza. We employed Sonitrol to undertake the modifications/installation of the Fire Detection & Alarm System throughout 150,000sqft premises of a Medical Research client of ours in Aliso Viejo. They also interfaced a large back-up genset to the panel so that it could notify appointed persons if certain events were triggered such as low fuel level etc. The Sonitrol Team have acted professionally & attentively through the project lifespan. Both times we worked with Jesse for installation, he was uplifting in his attitude, always positive, smiling, and a joy to be around. His work ethic is something that any employer should be proud to have on staff. Jesse never rushed us, always made sure that we felt 100% satisfied with the work provided, and did so in such a genuine manner.
