I’ve worked with Sonitrol for my access system for a couple commercial properties I have managed. Joshua Way and Dylan Rose have always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns, sometimes even immediate requests. I am writing about my recent experience with them. I had some issues with our door operating system and required multiple trades to review and troubleshoot the issue. Our technician, Henry was so great to work with. If he was running behind, he called me to let me know. When he arrived onsite, he checked in. He also went above and beyond to assist our other trades when we needed to conduct tests while troubleshooting the issue. Each time, Henry would call me to follow up with a status update. Not all vendors are equal. There are vendors that do their job and it’s satisfactory. And then there are some vendors that partner with you for the greater part of being a team. This is not the norm but certainly what we strive for when we award and renew contracts with companies. A company is only as good as the people they have working for them. The OC office has amazing team.
Five Stars for the service we received from the Sonitrol OC team. We were in a tough situation with the local fire department with our communication lines down, and forced to put up 24 hour fire watch personnel that could have cost us thousands. Instead, the Sonitrol team were able to put my new cellular fire lines in the next day by going above and beyond. The new cellular service replaces two landlines and will save us hundreds per month. Today I had a wonderful experience with a technician named Henry Amaran. Great communication, friendly manner and very knowledgeable and competent. We had multiple issues and he fixed them all quickly. Very nice young man and a good ambassador for Sonitrol. 👍👍👍👍👍
Jesse Moran and Brenna Tucker were amazing with helping me out on my commercial project. They followed up with me at the appropriate times and I didn’t have to chase them down for anything. They were so pleasant and efficient to work with. Hands down the best security partner I’ve ever worked with. Can’t wait to work with them again.
Sonitrol is a very professional and thorough company in every service they provide. Today we had a young service tech named Henry. Really good tech! He didn't miss a single thing. We actually had a problem we weren't even aware of, Henry found it right away and corrected it. He deserves some recognition for sure. Thank you Henry!

Sonitrol is the best, great communication, their response time is emasculate, i have them on all my properties 5-total and now getting a proposal for my access control system at 2 Venture Plaza. Both times we worked with Jesse for installation, he was uplifting in his attitude, always positive, smiling, and a joy to be around. His work ethic is something that any employer should be proud to have on staff.
