Scott came out and replaced our nvr recorder. He was prompt and fantastic. He gave me his mobile # if I had any issues after he left. He really was fantastic
I've had their service for about 5 years now. Recently Scott, a repair/installer came out to our site and completed our repairs successfully and efficiently. He was very professional, he went over the top and did a few extra things that he didn't have to!

Highly recommended! Super! Great Customer Sevice! Fast response! The unit they installed is user-friendly! Shout out to Jeremy for the great job he did to our home in Concord. The alarm system worked well, and we are more than satisfied with the results of the installation. Conor took care of everything from day 1 when we inquired, to the installation and maintenance.
