I was driving a semi truck loaded down in Arizona on the I17 and i10 exchange today and was cut off by one of these “security personnel”. He sped passed the line of vehicles and then cut me off forcing me to dodge and slam on my breaks, all while talking on his cell phone. So I called in and got a guy on the phone who was just as rude and short with me. Cool company policy, consistency, at least. I was blown away it was almost comical. He said that I asked too many questions but He assured me he would talk to him but didn’t even take the PPO number. These guys are a joke, if you don’t have the fundamentals down, and can’t practice basic safety there is now way I would trust you to run security for any event. I’d highly recommend talking to just about any one else first if you want a mature and focused group securing anything other than a happy meal.
Mission Protection Services is a reliable partner who has always been there for us when we needed them. A few times I requested support on extremely short notice, and they were able to deliver for us. I trust Mission Protection Services, and will use them in the future.

Mission Protection Services is an amazing company. I don’t usually write google reviews but their guards were so outstanding I felt like I had to. The guards made me feel safe, were very professional, and were open and friendly. They also knew what they were doing, and made sure that me and my friends got in safely. If I had a question they weren’t sure about, they went out of my way to answer it. This was the best security I’ve had experience with and definitely recommend. Hands down best customer service.
Company is awesome. David is the guard here at the San Clemente outlets. They are always responsive. Well dressed, equipped well, and they know what they are doing. Guards are awesome at what they do and very nice guys. David and every guard who shows up at the San clemente outlets are always nice and make sure that all the temperature checks run smoothly. Nice guys and awesome.
They work the Irvine Spectrum and the guard working at the movie theater drive in was professional, friendly, and made sure that everyone had their masks on and that everyone's temperatures were fine with no fevers. I was very happy when we came to him with a problem with our car battery and he helped us jump it! Their guards are very professional and very courteous. :)
During these tough times most companies I've contracted with have understandably had to make changes to the their services and employees. I can't say enough about the quality of this company. From Omar the account manager to David the guard, everyone was professional and unbelievably always available when I called. The guard was very experienced with covid testing and when I tried to explain the temperature check job to him, I loved that he mentioned he already had experience doing the tests. This company is my first contact for security, I'm very satisfied with the service, and hope to hire them in the future!
Reliable, reliable, reliable. Every construction site that this company has done fire watch for me has been out of the park. I have consistently gotten OSHA certified, well dressed, professional, and on time guards. I always get through every time I call Bob on the phone and he always comes through in getting me guards with short notice. I have used many security companies in the past but none have been as professional, as reliable, and fairly priced more than Mission Protection Services. I look forward to a long partnership and many of my future construction site fire watches with your guards on duty. I have seen this business grow in the past couple years and their quality has stayed constant.
