0 stars. These people don't call you back or help you. Terrible service and useless workers there. I've called for help on 2 different occasions. They took my number and said they would call back but they still haven't. I only see them speeding down our street, in the garage and lounging around the pool area.
Griffin Security has been our security company for over a year now. They provide nightly patrols and day guard services. We take care of multi residential, commercial and retail properties. Griffins security guards are professional when contacting tenants, their reliability is excellent and their reports help our companies stay on top of it. Rarely do we have reports that issues aren’t resolved. Over the years we’ve had to deal with multiple issues that have only gotten worse in today’s environment. Changing security companies was always on the to-do list. We don’t give reviews as a rule but I’m happy to post this one…. Thank you Griffin guards, staff and owner!! Keep up the good work, please!
I am a leasing consultant for a huge apartment complex which consists of 551 units. Our location is not the best due to homeless starting camps by the area. Griffin has been our security for a while now and they are on top of everything, all calls are answered immediately or returned in a timely manner. The guards are very professional and always dressed appropriately. I am happy with all services Griffin has provided us with. 10/10

Great company they do security for my apartment complex and I’ve noticed a high decrease in vandalism and vehicle break ins I always see them walking around in all tactical gear when I’m waking my dog I feel safer.
I recently hired Griffin Security because I was having issues with crime while in the process of building my burger place Campus Burgers. They went to work right away with on site signage and multiple drive by through the evening. I received daily e mails and camera footage of my store. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys

Poor experience, lies, Troy Carson is something else. Never got back on the schedule after I said the truth about Carson, My ex husband and I we work at this place but after I said the truth about my relationship with Carson I got off off the schedule. He still the senior partner. I call HR but I never got call back.
Griffin Services is very professional and also ready to help when you need them. They communicate with us on daily report and if need additional service they will be there to assist. The guard ready to assist on any calls from our residents.
Management is great helpful with anything an employee needs like extra hours ,finances ,personal problems ,vacations ,transportation, employees safty is number #1 thing they focus on communication is excellent HR department is great and helpful the patrol vehicles are keep in good shape one of if not the best company i have work for hands down
Working with this company has taught me a lot I wear our uniform with prideand i will continue to do so if the lord permits🙏 we take care of each other as if we are one big family. Needless to say before being hired by this amazing Establishment they made me feel right at home. i highly recommend anyone looking to get into the security industry to get involved and join us to continue growing so that we can provide the best service as a private security company is able to provide. I have been working with this company for three years. I would say this is the best place to work. I have never faced any problems in three years working with this company. Office staffs are amazing. Paycheques are on time and no problems with scheduling.Above all the amazing place to work.

I've worked for Griffin Protection Services, Inc. for around 5 years now. During my time with the company, I've seen all kinds of security related situations occur from homeless abatement to vehicle break-ins. Though some of these situations were difficult, I relied on my team and my training to overcome those situations. This company has a friendly approach to training and encourage workers to use their past security experience to add to the team dynamic. The leadership is friendly and approachable. They work you hard, but the work is worth the cost of energy. I've worked for many security companies over the years, but this particular company has given me a firm understanding of how to effectively work as a security professional.
