I came on 2-21 i did the interview with Victor Legaspi and supposed to be transferred to the new site in south San Francisco . since then I been waiting for transfer . I been ingrained never answered the phone or email.
Spent 5 years with this company, and it was the most HORRIFIC experience . Allied Universal is, without a doubt, the WORST company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It’s no surprise to me that so many others have shared similar experience on this page .I’m honestly glad to see all the negative reviews exposing this dumpster fire of a company/ branch .From top to bottom, this place is run by some of the most unprofessional and incompetent people I’ve ever encountered.The branch manager, HR, director of operations, and management in general are all clueless and lack even the most basic skills to run a security company. These people are nothing but a bunch of bullies who seem to think “leadership” means retaliating against employees who dare to complain about their unfair treatment. They’ll force you into working endless overtime and then turn around and cheat you out of your pay. Good luck getting your overtime hours to show up correctly—management will "miscalculate" your paycheck, and when you bring it up, they’ll act like you’re the problem instead of fixing their shady behavior.They blatantly play favorites, bending over backwards to defend guards who break company policy while promoting the most unqualified and lazy people to positions they have no business holding. If you’re hoping for professionalism, respect, or even common sense, you won’t find it here. It’s like they intentionally hire people who have no idea what they’re doing just to make the company worse.Save yourself the headache and avoid this circus at all costs. Go to Securitas instead—they’re much more professional and know how to actually run a company.
The management is very young and lack leadership and communication skills. Additionally, they are very unprofessional..
Big corporation?, poor system of interviewI'm trying to get an interview, in two locations with no success!.
Worst company ever. Attempted to come back and reapply and all I got was turned away and ignored out of retaliation. All the managers especially HR mindy grinde and rochelle are shady, and don't care if you've been bullied and such and will stick up and protect those they LIKE and could careless about those affected on the workplace that have been bullied. And to think I was going to apologize for past comments I made about them. My comments to this day are facts.
One of the worst companies is unprofessional; its officers are asleep in their cars, there is no follow-up of employees by supervisors; I do not recommend contracting with them at all
Definitely i recommend this is the best company to work with. I only give one star because only problem is some supervisor like Anthony provost are rude and unprofessional treating employees badly. He doesn't know how to treat employees. He thinks that he is the boss and he owns allied Universal company. I had a bad experience with Anthony provost.
Definitely one of the best companies I have worked for. Takes really good care of our Military service members. Allied is big on growing and promoting within.
