They are flexible with your schedule and will giving you extra hours if you need them. Everyone from the office is very sweet and kind. They displayed a high level of alertness and professionalism, and their friendly demeanor made the situation much more manageable during a challenging time. I've worked for Griffin Protection Services, Inc. for around 5 years now. During my time with the company, I've seen all kinds of security related situations occur from homeless abatement to vehicle break-ins. Though some of these situations were difficult, I relied on my team and my training to overcome those situations. This company has a friendly approach to training and encourage workers to use their past security experience to add to the team dynamic. The leadership is friendly and approachable. They work you hard, but the work is worth the cost of energy. I've worked for many security companies over the years, but this particular company has given me a firm understanding of how to effectively work as a security professional.
